Your event is not officially booked until the catering agreement has been signed and the deposit has been received in our office.

Our staff will be dressed in black tie uniforms unless you request something different. We understand that sometimes cancellations may occur so the following policies have been set forth: All cancellations must be received in writing. - Clients who cancel (10) ten business days or more before their event will receive a full refund of their deposit.
- Clients who cancel (9) nine business days or less from their event date will be forfeit the deposit because we have already made purchases for your event.

The client is welcome to provide outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. Please let us know ahead of time so we may set-up a separate table. We do not allow Beer/Wine/Alcohol from outside since we have a Caterers permit. If you would like to serve alcohol in your event, we can provide the pricing details.
多余的食物
If there is any leftover food we will happily pack it up for you to take home.
